
Thin pizza with spinach and cheese
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Use ready-made dough or make it yourself. If you like fluffy yeast pizza, go ahead and bake this one. I don't prepare a separate sauce for this pizza, so the preparation process is much easier and faster. Serve the pizza right after baking.

1. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, transfer it onto a baking sheet dusted with flour, and brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté the onion and garlic.

3. Tear the spinach leaves off and place them in the pan with the vegetables.

4. Sauté them slightly until the leaves become tender, then add cottage cheese or ricotta and season with salt to taste.

5. Place the baking sheet with the dough into a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

6. Remove the dough and place the skillet contents on top, spreading it evenly across the entire layer, leaving 1 cm free at each edge.

7. Thinly slice the red pepper and tomatoes, place them on top, then add slices of mozzarella and Parmesan.

8. Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes to form a nice crust.
