Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the dough.
- 2
Step 2

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let it sit in a warm place for 10 minutes. Sift flour and salt into a deep bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Add the risen yeast and olive oil to the flour. Knead until smooth, for about 5 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling ingredients. Wash the tomatoes and mushrooms and dry them. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
- 5
Step 5

Slice the mushrooms into thin slices. Sauté them in heated vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes, adding nutmeg and a pinch of salt. The mushrooms should remain juicy.
- 6
Step 6

Slice the olives into rounds. Mix the sour cream with adjika. Chop the chicken meat. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds right before layering the filling.
- 7
Step 7

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 2 parts.
- 8
Step 8

Roll out 1 portion into a very thin sheet: round or rectangular, as desired. Place it on a baking sheet with a silicone mat or greased with vegetable oil.
- 9
Step 9

Use half of the filling ingredients. Spread the dough base with a tomato-sour cream sauce. Place the fried mushrooms evenly over the surface.
- 10
Step 10

On top — minced chicken meat, tomato slices, and olive rings.
- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle cheese on top and place the pizza in a preheated oven to bake for 15–20 minutes. Adjust the time according to your oven. While the first pizza is baking, prepare the second one.
- 12
Step 12

Transfer the finished pizza to a wooden board. Cut it with a special knife or scissors. And enjoy!
