Tomatoes stuffed with meat
Description
If you're looking for an original idea for a family dinner or a great appetizer for a holiday, then this recipe for meat-stuffed tomatoes is exactly what you need. I prepare this dish both for family and guests because it's truly versatile—you can serve it with a side dish or enjoy it as a standalone meal. Everyone in our family loves these little tomatoes since they soften during baking, resulting in an incredibly delicious and juicy dish. My husband eats them with pasta, while I prefer them on their own. And considering that preparation takes very little time, this simple recipe for meat-stuffed tomatoes can come in handy more than once when you need to quickly and deliciously feed your guests.
