Tomato sauce in a multicooker

Description

Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Adjust the amount of salt and spices to your taste during cooking. These proportions are ideal for me. Store the finished sauce in the refrigerator, covered. You can substitute olive oil with any vegetable oil. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Wash the tomatoes, peel the garlic—and let's get started! Bring a couple of glasses of water to a boil, pour the boiling water over the tomatoes, then place them in ice water. Peel off the skin.

    Heat the oil with garlic for a few minutes in "Warm" or "Bake" mode.
