Tomato sauce with chili in a multicooker

Description

The sauce is prepared in just a few minutes. Make the most delicious and aromatic homemade tomato sauce. There are no preservatives, so you can safely give it to children. Therefore, during tomato season, don't forget to preserve a couple of jars of this tasty sauce. To find out when the sauce is ready, store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

    Wash the tomatoes and peppers, remove all the seeds from the peppers. Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Peel the onion and also chop it coarsely.

    Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder several times or use a blender.

    Transfer the resulting vegetable mixture to the multicooker bowl. Add vegetable oil, salt, and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

    Set the multicooker to the "stewing" mode, cover with a lid, and cook the ketchup for about 1 hour.
