Tomato-meat sauce

Description

Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. This recipe makes a large quantity of tomato-meat sauce. I should warn you right away: the tomato-meat sauce takes a long time to cook—about 4 hours. But it's absolutely worth it. Of course, you can make it faster, but then it will be fast food, not a truly rich, flavorful, and aromatic divine tomato-meat sauce. Using 900 grams of ground meat and a generous amount of other ingredients yields a large number of servings, so if you need to feed an entire army a delicious dish, then my simple tomato-meat sauce recipe was made just for you ;) Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
