Thick fluffy pancakes made with kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These pancakes are based on oat flakes and semolina, which make the baked goods light and fluffy. You can serve these pancakes for breakfast or afternoon tea, with condensed milk, jam, or sour cream. You can prepare the batter in advance, but you should definitely fry the pancakes right before serving, as they taste best when hot.
