Homestyle Bighead Carp
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the potatoes soft after baking, pour in a little hot water; when it boils, the steam will make your potatoes tender and reduce cooking time. You can buy thickhead fish fillet ready-made or prepare it yourself from a large fish. Here's how: remove the scales, then take out the innards, head, and fins. Using a sharp filleting knife, run along the backbone to divide the fish into two halves. Insert the knife between the skin and the flesh, and smoothly remove the fillet with a sweeping knife motion. Remove the rib bones and backbone. The fillet is ready! You can bake it with potatoes or simply on its own. Good luck. Serve hot.
