Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Toffee pudding is a classic English dessert, served warm with custard, caramel sauce, or ice cream. Dates give the dessert not only a wonderful aroma but also a subtle honey-like flavor, even though there is no honey in it at all. The pudding is so delicious and tender that you won't be able to stop eating it. The ready dessert can now be served.

    Prepare the ingredients for making pudding.

    Pour one tea bag with boiling water and let it steep for 4-5 minutes.

    Remove the pits from the dates and pour boiling water over them. Then place them in a bowl with tea and let them sit for 10–12 minutes.

    Place soft butter into a bowl, add sugar with cinnamon, and mix well. Then add two eggs one at a time, mixing into the dough.
