Description

Tiramisu is prepared in various ways, but the coffee and cognac soak is always an essential component. The creamy filling perfectly saturates the soft cake layers, resulting in an incredibly delicate dessert with a subtle coffee aroma. Soft sponge cake layers are the foundation of this wonderful Italian dessert.

    1. Brew the coffee, then strain it and add instant coffee. Leave it to cool completely, and in the meantime, let's work on the cake.

    2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a thick foam. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating.

    3. Add the yolks to the protein mixture and mix until smooth.

    4. Add 30 ml of prepared coffee and gently stir again.

    6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter onto it, starting from the center. Spread the batter evenly over the entire surface and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

    8. Cut the cooled biscuit into 4 parts.

    9. Add 3 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of brandy to 100 ml of brewed coffee. Mix well.

    10. It remains to prepare the cream: beat 140 g of sugar with 3 egg yolks. Add 45 ml of coffee. Place the mixture over heat and cook until thickened.

    12. Whip the cream separately, then add the cooled egg yolks and whipped cream cheese. Beat until the cream is smooth and uniform in consistency.

    13. Immediately soak the cooled cake layers with coffee mixed with cognac.
