Step 1
Prepare the apples. Wash them, remove the stems, peel, take out the cores, and then slice them thinly. Place the sliced apples in a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of sugar and water (100 ml). Put the pan on the stove, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat until the fruit becomes softer.

Step 2
Strain the cooked apples through a sieve, cool, and beat into a puree, gradually adding the remaining sugar and mascarpone cheese until a smooth mixture forms. Mix the remaining apple syrup with the liqueur.

Step 3
Line the tiramisu mold with parchment paper and evenly spread a thin layer of cream over the bottom. Then dip the cookies into the liqueur-apple syrup and place them over the cream. Continue alternating cream and syrup-soaked cookies, layering the remaining ingredients, making sure the top layer is entirely cream.

Step 4
Cover the tiramisu mold with plastic wrap, place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so it infuses evenly, settles, and fully develops its wonderful flavor.

Step 5
Remove the ready apple tiramisu from the refrigerator, divide into portions, and decorate to your liking. You can use dark, milk, or even white chocolate, cocoa, chocolate topping, or your favorite syrup for garnish.
