Let's get started! Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar in a separate bowl, then add the mascarpone cheese to this mixture and beat everything until smooth.

Beat the egg whites separately into a fluffy foam. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the cheese mixture.

Cool the strong coffee, mix it with coffee liqueur, and dip the "Savoiardi" biscuits into this mixture. Place the coffee-soaked "Savoiardi" biscuits into a mold, then spread a layer of "Mascarpone" cheese cream over them. Repeat the step, alternating layers of biscuits and cream.
