Tiramisu with cookies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to show you a fairly simple, quick, and cool option. Serve chilled.

1. First, brew a cup of coffee (you can add a spoonful of liqueur or brandy, for example, as well as sugar if you prefer it sweet) and set it aside to cool. To prepare the cream, whip the cream with powdered sugar, then combine it with Mascarpone and a spoonful of the coffee. Mix everything gently.

2. Dip the cookies into the cooled coffee and place them into the molds. You can use one large mold or make individual portions of tiramisu.

3. Alternate cookies with a generous spoonful of cream. In this case, one serving of dessert will require 5 cookies.

4. Top can be sprinkled with sifted cocoa, grated chocolate, or both. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let it soak.
