Tiramisu with mango
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Mango gives the tiramisu a piquant note and juiciness. Choose a well-ripened and sweet fruit. It's best to use freshly brewed coffee rather than instant. If alcohol is not allowed, add vanilla to the coffee. The finished dessert can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making mango tiramisu. Wash the mango, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the pit and skin.
- 2
Step 2

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Place the yolks in a deep bowl, add powdered sugar, and beat until fluffy. Add mascarpone to the yolks and beat again until light and fluffy.
- 3
Step 3

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Add them to the cream made from yolks and mascarpone. Gently mix with a spatula until a smooth, fluffy cream is obtained.
- 4
Step 4

Place some of the cream into one pan or several smaller ones, like I did, and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
- 5
Step 5

Mix strong coffee with brandy. Dip the cookies in it for 1-2 seconds, then place them in a single, tight layer over the cream.
- 6
Step 6

Cover the savoiardi with cream and place some of the chopped mango flesh on top, reserving a bit for decoration.
- 7
Step 7

Again, place a layer of savoiardi with coffee.
- 8
Step 8

Add another layer of cream and continue alternating until you run out of cream, mango, and cookies. Refrigerate the tiramisu for 6 hours. Then sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder, garnish with the reserved mango, and serve.

Step 9

Serve at the table.
