
Tiramisu with Raspberry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Whip peanut butter together with cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and ½ cup of cream. Continue whipping until smooth and fluffy (3–4 minutes). Add the remaining half of the cream and whip again for about 2 minutes until creamy. Then take the jam and blend it with 1/3 cup of water in a small bowl. The mixture may turn out slightly runny, but it won't affect the cake. Spread 3 tablespoons of jam on the bottom of a long loaf pan. Cover the jam with half of the cookies. Spread the remaining jam over the cookies. Then spread half of the whipped mixture over the cookies and jam. Add 2 cups of berries and place another layer of cookies on top. Spread jam over the cookies once more and top with the remaining whipped cream. Cover the tiramisu dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half a day (8–10 hours). After removing from the refrigerator, take off the plastic wrap, add a layer of berries on top, and decorate with grated chocolate or powdered sugar. Serve chilled.
