Tiramisu with gelatin

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Serve it decorated with coffee beans, chocolate topping, or your favorite syrup. You can also make tiramisu in individual portions, layering it directly into glasses or cups. This is very convenient if you're expecting many guests, as it saves time on neatly cutting a large dessert and beautifully presenting each piece. Serve chilled.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Using a mixer or blender, beat the mascarpone cheese until you get a smooth, airy mixture.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Then prepare the gelatin: soak it in a small amount of cold water, wait until it swells, and melt it in a liquid state using a microwave or a water bath. Beat the cream with a mixer or blender, gradually adding the gelatin mixture. Thanks to the gelatin, the cream will turn out thicker.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Quickly and carefully mix the whipped mascarpone and the cream-gelatin mixture. It's best to do this by hand using a silicone spatula.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Now take the prepared tiramisu mold and spread a portion of the cream, evenly distributing it over the bottom to create a layer 1.5-2 cm thick.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Prepare the soaking syrup for the cookies. Mix the cooled, slightly sweet coffee with brandy, and pour it into a wide, deep plate. Now, evenly place the "Savoiardi" over the cream, first dipping each cookie into the coffee-brandy mixture.

    Step 6

    Step 6

Now cover the layer of cookies with cream, smooth it out, and sprinkle with cocoa powder. If you have a larger container, you can make several layers of cookies, alternating them with cream, making sure the top layer is generously covered with the cheese-cream mixture. Now the dessert is almost ready—just place it in the refrigerator (ideally for 5–6 hours). During this time, the dessert will absorb the cream evenly, set well, and become wonderfully tender!
