Tiramisu with blueberries
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Making blueberry tiramisu at home is quite easy! 1) Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Using a mixer (or a whisk), beat the yolks with sugar until they lighten in color, the sugar dissolves, and the mixture becomes smooth and thicker. 2) Add mascarpone cheese to the beaten yolks and mix at low speed until fully combined. 3) Brew coffee, let it cool, then pour it into a convenient container—preferably wide. Add liqueur, and you're ready for the next step. 4) Place ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom of your chosen tiramisu dish, briefly dipping each one into the coffee-liqueur mixture. Spread a layer of cream over the biscuits, then scatter fresh blueberries on top. Repeat these layers, keeping in mind that the top layer should be cream. 5) Depending on the size of your dish, you may have varying numbers of layers. Alternatively, you can make individual servings by assembling the tiramisu in elegant ramekins, glasses, or cups. 6) Refrigerate the finished blueberry tiramisu for at least 2–3 hours. During this time, the dessert will absorb the flavors and thicken nicely. For decoration, use fresh blueberries, chocolate topping, or a complementary flavored syrup. Serve chilled and enjoy!
