
Tiramisu with Matcha Tea
Description
Savoiardi for tiramisu can easily be made at home or simply purchased at the store. If mascarpone is unavailable, substitute it with homemade mascarpone, cream cheese, or a creamy cottage cheese. Matcha tea can vary in color intensity, so the final color of the dessert may differ.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making matcha tea tiramisu.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Add sugar to the yolks, then add vanilla essence.

Place the bowl over a bain-marie and whisk the mixture until fluffy and light in color.

Add mascarpone to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Whip the cold cream until fluffy and add it to the bowl. Gently fold into the cheese mixture, stirring carefully to maintain fluffiness.
