Tiramisu according to Dukan
Description
This recipe won't take much time. I started cooking according to Dukan's recipes at my girlfriend's request. At first, I didn't believe that delicious food could be eaten while on a diet, but after trying several dishes, I began preparing them for myself as well. I most often make desserts—they turn out incredibly tasty. The Dukan tiramisu recipe is simple, but you'll need patience to let the dessert soak and infuse properly. Then you'll be rewarded with an amazingly delicious treat. 1. First, prepare the biscuit base. Separate egg whites from yolks and beat the whites until stiff peaks form. To check readiness, simply turn the bowl upside down—the whites should not fall out. 2. Beat the yolks with sugar substitute. Then add starch and baking powder. 3. Gently fold the beaten whites into the batter using a spatula. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (the batter layer should be about 1-2 cm thick) and bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10-15 minutes. 4. Brew coffee and let it cool completely. 5. Now prepare the cream. Again, separate egg whites from yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar substitute. To the egg whites, add a pinch of salt and beat until stiff. 6. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and creamy, then mix it into the yolks. Stir well. 7. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cheese mixture. 8. I make tiramisu in individual portions, so I use a small round mold to cut out biscuit rounds. Dip each biscuit into the cold coffee briefly, then place it into a glass. 9. Add 2 tablespoons of cream, then another coffee-dipped biscuit. Repeat until the glass is full. 10. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer it chills, the more delicious and tender the tiramisu will become. Serve chilled.
