
Tiramisu with cream

Place the mixture of sugar (4 tablespoons), egg yolks, and brandy over a water bath. Constantly stir for 5 minutes. Then remove and let it cool. Add mascarpone and mix thoroughly.

In another container, beat the cream with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. Then gently combine the cheese mixture with the cream.

Mix espresso with nut liqueur. Dip the "Savoiardi" into the mixture. Grate chocolate on a fine grater.

Now assemble the tiramisu. Spread 1/3 of the cream mixture on the bottom of the mold or molds. Then add half of the cookies and some chocolate. Next, add another layer of cream, followed by "Savoiardi" cookies and chocolate. Top with the remaining cream mixture, then sprinkle with chocolate and cocoa powder. Refrigerate the tiramisu for 4 hours. Enjoy your tasting!
