Homemade Tiramisu
Description
I think many of us have already tried making "Tiramisu" at home. There's nothing complicated about preparing it. The ingredients themselves are just a bit expensive. Often people make "Tiramisu" with regular cookies, sour cream, and without mascarpone. However, to make authentic homemade "Tiramisu," it's worth spending a little extra on traditional ingredients—the result is completely different, just wait and see.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2

Mix the egg yolks with sugar, place over a water bath, and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the yolks thicken slightly.
- 3
Step 3

Then add the mascarpone and beat again.
- 4
Step 4

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and add it to the cream.
- 5

Mix.
- 6
Step 6

You can put the ready mascarpone cream in the refrigerator for a while while you prepare the cookies.
- 7

Then apply the cream evenly.

Serve the finished "Tiramisu" dessert with coffee.
