   Separate the yolks from the whites.

   Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar until the volume increases several times.

   Add mascarpone and mix.

   Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam. Combine with the cheese mixture and mix well.

   Brew coffee and add brandy to it.

   Dip the cookies in coffee and immediately place them in the dessert glasses.

   Coat the cookies with the cheese-egg mixture. You can make two layers. Refrigerate.

   After 2 hours, take out of the refrigerator and sprinkle with cocoa powder, then decorate with chocolate pieces.
