Like a rum baba
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To enjoy the flavor of rum baba, you don't have to follow the traditional method—you can simply bake a rum cake, which will differ from the original recipe only in shape. The key ingredient in this baked treat is rum, brandy, or rum essence, which gives the cake its pleasant aroma. You can top it with icing or melted chocolate—your choice. To ensure the yeast dough rises well, use warm ingredients. In any case, be sure to try it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
