Baked Tilapia (simple recipe)
Description
This recipe can be used to bake fillets of almost any fish, as long as it's fresh. Olives, parsley, basil, garlic, and other spices serve more as aromatic rather than flavoring additions. It's best to slice the tomatoes and onions thinly so they release more juice into the fillet. I recommend alternating the ingredient layers—this way, the dish will look very attractive when sliced.
