Tilapia in foil in the oven

Let's say you have fish fillet, but you have no idea how to cook it.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Melt the butter and brush it on both sides of the tilapia fillets.

Transfer the fish to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place tomato slices on the fish.

You can also sprinkle the fish with green onions. Wrap the tilapia in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Five minutes before it's done, sprinkle the tilapia with grated Parmesan.
