Tilapia with tomatoes and cheese
Description
Delicious and aromatic tilapia with tomatoes and basil turns out extremely tasty. This fish is rich in vitamins, so it deserves special attention in cooking. It's simple and quick to prepare (just 20 minutes in the oven) when using fillets. Combined with cheese, tomatoes, and sautéed vegetables, tilapia becomes incredibly fragrant, tender, and delicious.
Instructions

Step 1

1. You can cook any fish fillet using this method. Today I decided to treat my family to tilapia. We'll also need a tomato, cheese, carrot, greens, onion, and spices to taste.
- 2
Step 2

2. Slice the onion into half-rings, and grate the carrot on a medium grater. One tomato is enough, so choose the ripest one.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add the onion to a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

4. Add the carrots and cook until golden brown with the lid on (stir occasionally).
- 5
Step 5

5. Slice the tomatoes into rings; they will serve as the "coat" for our fish.
- 6
Step 6

6. Salt the fish fillets and pepper them. Line with foil and place the tilapia fillets apart from each other.
- 7
Step 7

7. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. I use hard varieties, such as "Dutch" cheese.
- 8
Step 8

8. Place the tomatoes on the fish immediately, then add the sautéed mixture, and top with cheese.
- 9
Step 9

9. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 10

10. Serve the tilapia with fresh vegetables and greens.
