Tilapia in marinade
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tilapia is great because its fillets are quite firm and hold their shape well. As for the marinade, you can experiment endlessly. For example, if you don't have adjika on hand, you can finely chop a tomato—it will be very tasty too. You don't need to marinate this fish for long; just an hour will be enough. Serve hot.
