
Tiger shrimp with pasta
Description
If you couldn't find the special pasta for preparing this tiger shrimp dish, you can get creative with another side dish—instead of "Angel Hair" pasta, you can also use thin spaghetti or linguine.

1. Finely chop the onion. Press the garlic cloves. Bring salted water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Heat olive oil and melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.

2. Add the shrimp, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice.

3. Add white wine, butter, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Mix well and reduce the heat to the lowest setting.

4. Add the pasta to boiling water. Cook the pasta until done. Drain the water, reserving 1-2 cups of the liquid.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the pasta and mix, adding pasta cooking water if necessary. Add spices, salt, and pepper to taste if needed.

6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, and basil on top and serve immediately.
