Pan-fried tiger shrimp
Description
Cooking tiger shrimp in a pan is pure pleasure. Like many other seafood dishes, this one doesn't require prolonged cooking, so the shrimp are prepared relatively quickly and easily. Personally, I adore this recipe—the combination of sautéed tomatoes and shrimp is simply delicious! It's very important to season properly with salt and pepper (preferably freshly ground) and absolutely essential to include a sprig of thyme. When serving, don't forget to add lemon wedges. Good luck and enjoy!
