Zucchini Tian
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Zucchini tian is perfect for lunch or dinner. It's light yet filling, slightly spicy thanks to the garlic. Vegetables are very healthy. Zucchini and tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamins, while garlic is a natural antioxidant that boosts your immunity. Tian is a French vegetable dish. You can serve it without a side dish, with toast—very tasty. Or with mashed potatoes, which is also good. Try it and enjoy. Serve hot.
