
Turkey Tetrazzini
Description

1. Fry the bacon and cut it into pieces. Cook the spaghetti until half-done, according to the package instructions. Drain the water and set aside. In a large pot, heat the butter over high heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

2. Add mushrooms cut into 4 pieces and salt, sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in white wine and cook for several minutes until the liquid is reduced by half.

3. Add the flour, mix and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the broth and stir, cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.

4. Reduce the heat to medium. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and add to the saucepan. Stir until it partially melts.

5. Add turkey cut into pieces, finely chopped olives, green peas, bacon, and two types of grated cheese.
