Description

The recipe won't take much time. 1. Beat the butter and cottage cheese with a fork in a bowl until completely homogeneous. 2. Add salt and sifted flour to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix very thoroughly, achieving uniformity. 3. In the end, you get a shiny buttery ball. It should be wrapped in cling film and placed in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours. The dough will be fine even after a couple of days. 4. Done! At any moment, take the dough and shape it into puff pastries, croissants, buns, cream pies, pies with sweet or savory fillings, large pies—anything your imagination suggests. It's equally tender and tasty. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
