Dough with mashed potatoes for buns

Description

Making dough with mashed potatoes for buns is very simple. You don’t have to boil the potatoes ahead of time—you can use leftovers from yesterday’s lunch or dinner. Each bun comes out at about 60–70 g. You can use them for all kinds of things: sandwiches, burgers, breakfast with jam or butter, or as bread with hot dishes. The recipe is very simple but really good—definitely give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
