1. Prepare the starter: mix the sourdough starter with 100 grams of flour. Let it ferment at 30 degrees Celsius for three and a half hours.

2. After the time has elapsed, add the remaining flour, salt, and a tablespoon of refined oil, knead the dough and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

3. Mix everything and leave for another hour.

4. The dough turns out soft and not dense. Pour oil onto the surface of the table, roll the dough into balls, flatten them, and place any filling inside.

5. Seal the dumplings, rolling them into elongated sausages.

6. Pour refined oil into a frying pan. Drop the buns into the heated oil.
