Soured milk pie dough
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. I suggest making a very simple dough using ryazhenka for a pie. This dough is similar to the kind made with kefir or sour milk. Ryazhenka gives the baked goods a special tenderness and a wonderful aroma. Add raisins to the dough, and your pie will taste even better. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.

Step 1

This is a simple and inexpensive recipe for making a hearty pie. I added raisins to the dough, but you can also use dried apricots, fresh fruits or berries, and even cottage cheese.

Step 2

2. Beat the eggs with sugar until a white foam forms. It's better to use a mixer for this.

Step 3

3. Add the ryazhenka and baking soda (no need to activate the latter, as the acidity of the ryazhenka will do this instead of vinegar). Continue beating.

Step 4

4. Add the flour and continue beating.

Step 5

5. At the very end, add vegetable oil and knead the dough until it reaches a uniform consistency.

Step 6

6. Add the raisins and mix the batter with a spoon or spatula. Pour it into a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

7. If cooking in a multicooker, select the "Baking" mode for one hour. In the oven, the cake bakes faster. Let it cool after baking, then remove from the mold. You can dust with powdered sugar once it has cooled.
