Dough for crescent rolls
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. These rolls turn out very soft and delicious, and they stay fresh for about 3 days. You can choose any filling you like for these rolls (or leave them unfilled and simply sprinkle with sugar before baking). These rolls can also be made using puff pastry or shortcrust dough.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Dissolve the yeast in sour cream and add all the remaining ingredients, gradually kneading the dough. You can add the margarine melted, or you can grate it (I always choose the first option).

Step 2

2. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then take it out, divide into equal portions, and roll each portion into a flat sheet. Cut each sheet into equal sectors and place your desired filling in the center (or simply roll into a crescent shape).

Step 3

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolls on it. Brush the surface with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4

4. After baking, let the crescent rolls sit for a while, then transfer them to a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar once cooled. The dough for the crescent rolls turns out very soft and delicious with this recipe.
