Dough for buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The best part is that you can prepare the dough today, freeze it, and take it out whenever you need it. Frozen dough is no different from freshly made dough and is very convenient to work with. While on a regular day making buns requires mixing all the ingredients, kneading the dough, and waiting for it to rise, with ready-made dough there are no difficulties at all. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Mix half a cup of flour, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl. In another bowl, warm the milk to room temperature. Gradually pour the milk into the dry ingredients in a thin stream, stirring to obtain a smooth, lump-free liquid batter. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
