Description
The baking is simple and quick. To make it not only tasty but also healthy, I recommend using whole grain or barley flour, for example. Citrus juice and zest work wonderfully in the dough. 1. Place the sifted flour (regular or mixed with whole grain), baking soda, salt, spices, and nuts into a deep bowl. Mix thoroughly.

2. Separately, beat the eggs with sugar. Add kefir, orange juice and zest, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.

3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix the batter until no lumps remain.

4. Now you can distribute the ready dough into molds (if desired, sprinkle nuts on top) and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
