Fresh yeast dough

Description

Baked goods are simple and quick to make. This is my favorite dough! They always turn out airy and very soft. You can bake almost anything from it: stuffed buns, sweet cheesecakes, sausages in dough, rolls and little rolls. And the dough itself is very easy to make. Don’t add all the flour at once—it’s better to use a little less than to overwork the dough with it. You can serve them with tea or coffee.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making dough with fresh yeast.

    Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar, salt, and fresh yeast. Mix everything until dissolved.

    Crack an egg into a bowl, pour in vegetable oil, and mix again.

    Mix part of the flour with baking powder and add it to the bowl with the liquid; stir. Gradually adding flour, knead a soft, non-sticky dough.

    Form the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, and cover with a clean towel. Put it in a warm place for 45–60 minutes to rise.
