Yogurt-based dough
Description
This yogurt-based dough is very easy to prepare and doesn't require many ingredients. You only need good natural plain yogurt without additives, flour (or in my case, a gluten-free mix), a little baking soda, and salt. The flatbreads turn out flat but not rubbery. They can be confidently served with various appetizers and sauces; they'll be delicious even simply with sour cream or butter and cheese. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1
First, mix the yogurt with baking soda and salt. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then add the flour and knead the dough.

Step 2
The yogurt dough turns out firm but smooth, it kneads well, but when you start rolling it out, it may stick to the board. Therefore, I recommend dusting the surface with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

Step 3
Divide the dough into several balls, then roll them out into flatbreads. Fry the flatbreads on both sides until golden brown. Add a little vegetable oil while frying.

Step 4
It's best to eat the flatbreads while they're hot, before they cool down and become hard.
