Khachapuri dough
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. If you decided to make khachapuri with cheese (or any other filling) and don't want to spend a lot of time preparing the dough, I suggest making it with cottage cheese as the base. This dough turns out incredibly tender, very crispy, and unbelievably delicious. Khachapuri can be either baked in the oven or fried in a pan. Serve with tea or coffee.
