Pancake batter
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I like this recipe because the batter doesn't need to rest for long, and the pancakes always turn out perfectly. As someone who has been making pancakes for about 15 years, I can say that having the right pan is very important, so it's better to buy a special one for pancakes. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, I crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with sugar and salt.
- 2
Step 2
Then I add half of the milk, stir it, and start gradually sifting the flour into the milk, constantly stirring to prevent lumps from forming.

Step 3
Then I add the remaining milk and incorporate the rest of the flour in the same way. I knead the dough, pour in the oil, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 4
I mix the ready dough once again and start baking wonderful thin and elastic pancakes.
