
Thin pancake batter
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. The pancakes made according to this recipe turn out thin. Any filling works well with them. You can prepare a sweet cottage cheese mixture. Or, on the contrary, treat yourself to something savory by filling these pancakes with caviar or salmon. Serve with tea or coffee.

Beat the eggs with a mixer together with salt and sugar.

Mix the flour with baking soda into the egg mixture.

Add a tablespoon of butter and half of the total amount of milk. Add the remaining flour and mix. Then slowly pour in the rest of the milk in a thin stream. Stir the liquid batter and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Pour oil onto a hot skillet and reduce the heat. Slowly pour the batter from a ladle, holding the skillet at an angle.
