Warm the milk, pour it into a bowl, add the egg and whisk everything together briefly. Now dissolve the yeast in this mixture, then add sugar and melted butter.

To this mixture, gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough, and add salt.

When the dough becomes soft, elastic, and stops sticking to the sides and hands, cover it with a towel and place in a warm spot for 1.5–2 hours. After that time, punch down the dough and let it rise again.
