
Yeast dough for donuts
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. To prepare tasty donut dough, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Make a starter. Then add the remaining flour and vegetable oil. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for 1.5–2 hours. Once ready, fry the dough in hot oil. After frying, dust the donuts with powdered sugar and place them in a bag so they soften. Good luck! Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients for the dough. The water should be warm, but no more than 40 degrees, so as not to kill the fresh yeast.

Dissolve yeast, salt, and sugar in warm water. Add half a cup of flour, mix the dough with a whisk, and let it sit in a warm place for 15–20 minutes until the yeast activates.

In 15 minutes, you will see a thick foamy layer on the dough, which is good.

Knead a soft dough, and as soon as it comes together into a ball, do not add any more flour. Cover it with a dry towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5–2 hours.
