Dough for buns
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I've always loved baking, ever since childhood, so both my grandmother and my mother often treated me to various buns and sweet rolls. I still remember standing by the table while one of them kneaded the dough, then helping to roll it out and shape it into little hearts and butterflies. Even now, I often use this simple sweet roll dough recipe, because such baked goods are always a hit—my husband, my children, and I all adore them. With this dough, our sweet rolls turn out incredibly delicious and tender inside. That's why I want to share the secret of delicious baking with all beginner homemakers and tell you: the baking is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and salt, pour in a glass of warm milk, stir, and let stand for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

In another deep bowl, we pour the flour and add softened margarine to it.

Step 3

Now pour in the yeast mixture and knead the dough. The more thoroughly you do this, the tastier your buns will be.

Step 4

When the dough becomes elastic and no longer sticks to your hands, place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Then in the morning, we can start making the buns. Good luck!
