Pancake dough for frying pies
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I particularly like this recipe for making pan-fried buns dough because the dough holds its shape very well and is easy to work with. Plus, overall, by simply adding a bit more or a bit less sugar, you can make something like belyashi or something similar to doughnuts. In short, a great and simple recipe for pan-fried buns—highly recommended. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

2. Shape the dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces, roll each piece in flour, and flatten with your hands to make small rounds. Place a portion of filling on each round and seal the edges.
