Apple pie dough
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The dough is made from common ingredients found in any kitchen. You can omit the butter, but adding it makes the pie juicier and more aromatic. If you're making the pie with butter, don't forget the baking powder—it will make the dough rise, resulting in a fluffy, tall pie. You can use apples of any variety. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use chicken eggs either cold or at room temperature. In a blender or mixer bowl, both types whip up perfectly.
- 2
Step 2

Crack them into the bowl, add salt and granulated sugar. Be sure to add salt—it enhances the sweetness of the baked goods, so you won't need to add a lot of sugar.

Step 3

Beat everything for 3-4 minutes at the highest speed of your appliance until fluffy. You'll never achieve such a result by hand, even with a whisk!

Step 4

Add the high-grade wheat flour and baking powder in parts. Mix them in with a whisk, but do not beat, so as not to release the air bubbles from the batter. At this stage, you can add grated lemon or orange zest, ground cinnamon, etc.

Step 5

Melt the butter and pour it into the batter. Gently mix it in briefly, so the batter remains fluffy and velvety. That's it — now you can either pour the prepared batter over the sliced apples in the baking dish, or pour the batter first and then arrange the apple slices on top. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
