Pizza dough
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you want to prepare the dough in advance, simply wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and store it in the freezer. Pizza dough is very easy to make, and all the necessary ingredients are always on hand. To make the pizza base crispy, replace part of the flour with semolina or corn flour. While baking, you can brush it with oil to get a nice golden crust. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1
Take a container that can hold 2 cups of water. Pour warm water (half a cup) into it and add the yeast. Leave it to activate (you can add a little sugar for this, just 0.5–1 tsp). In a separate deep container, mix the flour and salt. Pour room-temperature water into the glass with the yeast.

Step 2
Make a small well in the center of the dry mixture, pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into it. Start mixing at low speed using a mixer. Then, using a special dough attachment, continue kneading at low speed until you obtain a soft and elastic dough. Add a little more flour if necessary.

Step 3
Take a deep container. Lightly grease the inside with olive oil. Place the dough inside (turn it over slightly to coat with oil). Cover the container with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 1.5–2 hours.

Step 4
Then knead the dough. Transfer it to a floured surface. Divide into 2 equal parts and shape each into as perfect a ball as possible. Cover with a towel and let it "rest" for 10 to 30 minutes.

Step 5
Then roll out, spread with sauce, add the filling. Bake the pizza at 250 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until done.
