Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Into the bread machine bucket, crack the eggs and add the vegetable oil.

Add flour, salt. Place the bucket into the bread machine. Select the "Dough" program. Turn on for 15-20 minutes.

As soon as the dough comes together into a uniform mass, stop kneading.

Transfer the dough to a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 4 parts.

Divide each part into 2 more parts. This way you will get 8 parts-sheets.

Roll out each portion into a thin sheet that matches the length of your baking dish for lasagna. In my case, it's 24 by 12 cm. It's very important to roll the dough as thin as possible, as this affects the taste.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Drop 2 prepared leaves at a time into the boiling water. As soon as they float to the surface, remove them from the water.
